How can you install STEP 7 Basic V10.5 in Windows XP with Turkish installed as Regional and Language option?

Instructions:
Installation of STEP 7 Basic V10.5 might be aborted in Windows XP if the Regional and Language options are set to Turkish. The following error message is displayed:

• An error occurred during setup .

Remedy:
Change the Regional and Language options from Turkish to English or German. The procedure is described in the table below.

1	Open the Control Panel in MS Windows via: "Start > Control Panel" (Start menu in Windows XP), or "Start > Settings > Control Panel" (classic Start menu as in earlier versions of Windows).
2	Open "Regional and Language Options" and select the "Regional Options" tab. Fig. 01
3	In the drop-down list box under "Standards and formats", change the language from Turkish to English or German. Fig. 02
4	Then click the "Apply" button, followed by "OK" to confirm.
5	You have to restart your PC to make the setting effective. Then you can install STEP 7 Basic V10.5.
6	After installation you can change the Regional and Language options back to Turkish (as described in points 1 to 4).
